It is the hope of pet owners that their pet will simply pass away on their own without any pain or discomfort. Sadly, only about 10% of pets pass this way. Each pet is unique, but pet owners often say they wish they had not waited so long before they made the decision to euthanize their pet. Pets can struggle at the end of their life, and certainly we want to avoid that.
